Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Administer garnishments, deductions, and tax filings across 15+ states
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Implement payroll process improvements using Power BI analytics
- Manage year-end reporting and W-2 distribution
- Train payroll assistants on system updates and compliance changes
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, garnishment laws, and state-specific regulations
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and payroll systems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation preferred
- Experience with Power BI for payroll analytics
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
