Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations (Alaska PFD, IRS Form 941)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefits enrollment changes
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through investigative analysis
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Maintain confidential employee financial records
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Knowledge of Alaska labor laws and tax codes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to meet strict payroll deadlines
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
