Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions, including cashing checks, processing deposits, and withdrawals, with high accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with account inquiries, product information, and problem resolution.
- Maintain accurate cash balances in the teller drawer and prepare daily settlement reports.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer financial goals.
- Adhere to all bank security policies, compliance regulations, and operational procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cash handling or customer service preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
