Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with precision
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation
- Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Assist with budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Conduct internal audits to ensure financial controls integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement process improvements for accounting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance (AZ/VA preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Relevant CPA or CMA certification a plus
