Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies within 48 hours
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor payment terms and discounts
- Analyze payment trends to optimize cash flow and operational efficiency
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledgers
- Maintain organized digital and physical documentation for audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in accounts payable with high-volume processing
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) certification a plus
