Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ corporate entities using QuickBooks Enterprise
- Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures with strict deadlines
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and complex intercompany transactions
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor management
- Implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with CPA firm for tax preparation and audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel (advanced formulas)
- Proven track record of meeting tight month-end deadlines
- Deep understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Experience with ERP systems (Sage 100 or NetSuite a plus)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
