Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP and QuickBooks
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage time and attendance systems and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and submit payroll reports for executive team
- Assist with year-end tax filings and W-2 distribution
- Support HR initiatives including new hire onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS database
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar systems
- Strong knowledge of CA labor laws and payroll regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- CPP certification a plus
