Responsibilities
- Process and distribute accurate payroll for 500+ employees using ADP and QuickBooks
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through diligent research and documentation
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams on timekeeping and benefits administration
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
- Prepare payroll reports and analytics for leadership review
- Conduct new hire onboarding for payroll-related systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software
- Familiarity with FLSA, IRS, and Nevada labor regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling
