Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FLSA, IRS)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and employee payroll changes
- Prepare and file quarterly payroll tax returns and year-end forms (W-2, 1099)
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Support HR with timekeeping system audits and employee inquiries
- Generate payroll reports for executive and finance leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent system expertise
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and TX labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven problem-solving with audit resolution experience
- High confidentiality and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
