Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and on time using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wages for deductions, taxes, and benefits
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local payroll tax returns
- Manage new hire onboarding for payroll documentation
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and HR departments
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, DOL, and state labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions
- Deep understanding of multi-state tax laws and garnishment rules
- Proven track record of 100% payroll accuracy
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive data
