Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate deductions, bonuses, commissions, and garnishments
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax laws and FLSA regulations
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare tax filings and year-end W-2/1099 forms
- Onboard new employees with payroll setup
- Respond to payroll inquiries from staff and management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll software
- Knowledge of multi-state tax regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
