Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify and reconcile timekeeping data with HR records and department heads
- Calculate and garnish deductions for taxes, benefits, and wage garnishments
- Generate payroll reports for internal audits and external compliance
- Address employee payroll inquiries within SLA standards
- Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll data and employee information
- Collaborate with finance team for month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP or similar payroll software
- Deep understanding of federal/state tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in high-volume periods
