Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP system
- Calculate garnishments, deductions, and tax withholdings
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws and FLSA
- Prepare payroll reports for accounting and audit purposes
- Onboard new hires and update payroll records
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Reconcile payroll accounts and submit tax filings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of federal/state tax regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality standards
