Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records, calculate deductions, and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliations (W-2/1099)
- Respond to payroll inquiries within 24 hours with clear, accurate solutions
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and new hire onboarding
- Generate payroll reports for executive team and auditors
- Maintain confidential employee payroll data with zero-error tolerance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP/Greenfield systems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, multi-state tax laws, and ACA compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and payroll software
- Proven track record of 100% audit-ready payroll submissions
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to spot discrepancies in complex data
