Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and verify deductions, bonuses, and overtime
- Prepare and file federal/state payroll tax forms
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through employee inquiries
- Maintain accurate payroll records and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with HR on new hires and terminations
- Generate payroll reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP or similar payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of FLSA and TN labor laws
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- CPP certification a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
