Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP and QuickBooks
- Calculate and garnish wages for tax withholdings, benefits, and deductions
- Verify time records and reconcile discrepancies with HR departments
- Generate payroll reports for management and regulatory compliance
- Administer employee benefits enrollments and changes
- Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee financial data
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Proficiency in ADP, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of federal/state tax regulations and labor laws
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
