Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP and QuickBooks
- Calculate garnishments, bonuses, commissions, and overtime with 100% accuracy
- Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through audit trails and employee consultations
- Maintain confidential employee records and payroll documentation
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and external audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience in a multi-state environment
- ADP and QuickBooks certification or equivalent proficiency
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, IRS regulations, and AZ labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Proven attention to detail with zero-error tolerance for payroll data
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
