Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, deductions, and time-off balances
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and year-end reports
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams for data consistency
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with pivot table experience
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Texas payroll regulations
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
