- Utilize tax software (e.g., Lacerte, ProSeries) for efficient processing
- Respond to client inquiries with clear, professional communication
- Stay updated on federal/state tax regulations and changes
- Collaborate with senior tax professionals on complex cases
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field required
- 1+ years of tax preparation experience
- Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Valid PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number)
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability during peak tax season (Jan-April)
