Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile client accounts payable/receivable
- Process bi-weekly payroll and tax filings
- Prepare monthly financial statements & variance analyses
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement process improvements for financial efficiency
- Provide proactive financial insights to clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks/Xero
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Virginia-based CPA license preferred
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
