Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accurate analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Oversee payroll processing and tax filings for 150+ employees
- Conduct audits and implement process improvements for financial efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Support month-end closing with timely journal entries and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Proven track record of process optimization and problem-solving
