Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 150+ employees semi-monthly using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wage deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings with 100% accuracy
- Manage time and attendance data integration from Kronos systems
- Generate payroll reports for executives and auditors weekly/monthly
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries within 24 hours
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, ACA, and Texas Unemployment laws
- Reconcile payroll accounts and maintain updated employee records
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state knowledge
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar HCM platforms
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Expertise in FLSA, garnishment rules, and Texas labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
