Responsibilities
- Process semi-monthly payroll for 150+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings per federal/state regulations
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Generate payroll reports for management and external auditors
- Administer 401(k) enrollments and retirement contributions
- Stay current on Tennessee labor laws and FLSA requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and payroll reconciliation
- Deep understanding of FICA, FUTA, and Tennessee unemployment taxes
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Ability to work 25 hours/week with flexible scheduling
