Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (CA, OR, NV)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end reconciliations (W-2/1099)
- Respond to payroll inquiries with 24-hour SLA accuracy
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll documentation
- Conduct quarterly audits and prepare payroll reports for leadership
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Detail-oriented with 95%+ accuracy in data handling
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality (PCI-DSS training provided)
- Strong problem-solving skills with process improvement mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours during payroll cycles
