Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for stakeholders
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate variance analysis
- Assist in developing financial models for investment opportunities and cost optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decision-making
- Maintain and improve financial databases and reporting systems
- Present findings to senior management using clear visualizations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience (internships accepted)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification (CFA, CPA) a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
