- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Support audit preparations and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Present complex financial findings to non-financial stakeholders through clear visualizations
- Assist in streamlining financial workflows and implementing process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
