Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create accurate forecasts, variance reports, and performance dashboards
- Prepare detailed financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Present complex financial information through clear, concise visualizations and presentations
- Assist in the preparation of investor materials and financial documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience with exposure to FP&A
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial modeling tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with presentation experience
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
