Responsibilities
- Process and manage accounts receivable with 99% accuracy
- Generate and distribute invoices while maintaining client communication
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues promptly
- Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly financial reports
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure contract compliance
- Optimize billing processes using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP or Oracle ERP system certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business required
- Experience with healthcare or professional services billing
