Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end revenue cycle operations for 150+ patient accounts
- Resolve complex insurance claim denials within 48 hours
- Perform accurate charge entry and CPT/ICD-10 coding verification
- Generate monthly aging reports and A/R analysis
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and EMR systems
- Collaborate with collections department for delinquent accounts
- Conduct quarterly compliance audits for billing accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years medical billing experience with commercial/MA payers
- Expertise in Epic EMR and NextGen billing platforms
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) designation required
