Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Prepare monthly budget vs. actual reports with variance analysis
- Develop financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Collaborate with department heads on cost optimization strategies
- Support annual audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Create executive dashboards and KPI tracking reports
- Assist in the preparation of investor presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CMA or CPA certification preferred
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
