Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and variances
- Develop ad-hoc financial models and reports supporting strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to improve cost efficiency and revenue optimization
- Prepare monthly performance dashboards and executive summaries
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for investment opportunities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience (part-time acceptable)
