- Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures
- Train staff on compliance protocols and ethical standards
- Investigate potential violations and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with legal counsel on compliance-related matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of compliance, audit, or regulatory experience
- Strong knowledge of federal/state regulations and industry standards
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in compliance software (e.g., RSA Archer, OnBase)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
