- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and industry regulations (SOX, HIPAA, OSHA)
- Train staff on compliance protocols using provided training materials and technology
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations with documented corrective actions
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies
- Stay updated on regulatory changes using provided research resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance experience with regulatory frameworks
- Proficient in compliance software (e.g., RSA Archer, LogicGate)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
- Ability to work independently using provided equipment and resources
