Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement compliance policies across all departments
- Conduct internal audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies
- Train employees on compliance protocols and ethical standards
- Investigate potential violations and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure adherence to federal/state regulations
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation and records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance/regulatory experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of FINRA, SEC, and Arizona state regulations
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in compliance management software (e.g., MetricStream)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
