Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of company operations to ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures tailored to the Alaskan business landscape.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, or industry-specific regulations).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex regulatory information clearly to non-technical staff.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Certification (e.g., CCP, CFE, CPA) is a significant plus.
