  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll transactions with high precision.
  • Assist with year-end tax preparation and internal compliance audits.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • Proficient in accounting software, specifically QuickBooks Online.
  • Strong working knowledge of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is a plus.
