Core Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll transactions with high precision.
- Assist with year-end tax preparation and internal compliance audits.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and other accounting software to track financial data.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficient in accounting software, specifically QuickBooks Online.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients.
