Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable with strict attention to deadlines
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly
- Prepare financial statements and variance reports for clients
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement bookkeeping best practices and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or CB certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in payroll processing and sales tax compliance
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table mastery
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
