Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly with high accuracy.
- Process payroll for a small team of employees and handle tax filings where necessary.
- Prepare and send monthly invoices to clients and ensure timely collections.
- Assist with year-end tax preparation and financial reporting.
- Maintain the general ledger and assist in budget preparation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or Xero.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
