Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients and ensure timely payment collection.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records.
  • Process payroll for small to medium-sized clients as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Experience with Bill.com or similar bill management platforms is a plus.
