Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit preparations
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial processes
- Collaborate with senior accountants on tax compliance documentation
- Manage QuickBooks databases and ensure data integrity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with multi-client portfolios
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent certification (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting strict deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Deep understanding of GAAP principles and financial regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with error detection capabilities
- Strong written communication for client reporting and documentation
