Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgeted projections.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and monitor spending to ensure financial targets are met.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership regarding financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting data to non-technical stakeholders.
