- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support audits with organized financial records
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Florida tax regulations
