Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual branch goals.
- Verify and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Assist in the opening and closing of the branch, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
