Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (CA-specific)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and 401(k) contributions
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare financial reports
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with precision and professionalism
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll system improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software expertise
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll tax compliance (CA, EDD, IRS)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
