Responsibilities
- Process transactions with accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide personalized customer service while resolving account inquiries and issues
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and perform daily reconciliation tasks
- Assist with branch operations including vault management and document processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with banking software knowledge preferred
- FBI background check and credit check required
