Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for diverse portfolio of clients
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements with attention to detail
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with SOX compliance
- Develop and implement efficient accounting systems and controls
- Provide strategic financial consulting to executive leadership
- Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure team performance
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel with advanced functions
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance standards
- Proven track record in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing accounting teams
