Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers and resolve discrepancies daily
- Provide personalized financial advice and cross-sell bank products
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints using de-escalation techniques
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Contribute to branch goals for customer satisfaction and sales targets
- Support branch operations by assisting with vault functions and ATM replenishment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, banking software)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid DC work authorization and clean background check
- Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred
