Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accuracy
- Identify and cross-sell bank products/services to meet customer financial goals
- Maintain cash drawer accountability and reconcile daily transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve account issues efficiently
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards
- Assist with branch operational tasks as needed
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
