Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, services, and digital banking
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict compliance with audit standards
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products (credit cards, loans, savings)
- Operate teller systems and maintain transaction records
- Assist with branch operations including ATM maintenance and vault duties
- Participate in community outreach events to promote bank services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates encouraged)
- Basic math aptitude and cash handling experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle multiple transactions
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn banking systems
