Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and authorization.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate vendor records within our accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite).
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with the month-end close process.
- Communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
- Manage the check request and ACH payment workflow.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general bookkeeping.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or NetSuite preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle high volumes of data entry efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Finance is a plus).
